Protecting your personal data is a priority. We process your data exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (especially the GDPR/DSGVO and BDSG).
1. Data Controller
The controller for data processing on this website is Subdomain LTD and GoMaKe UG (see Legal Notice above).
2. Hosting and Server Log Files
Our infrastructure is located on secure servers within the European Union. When you access our website, technically necessary data (IP address, browser type, operating system, timestamp, referrer URL) is automatically logged to ensure server stability and security based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). This data is not merged with other data sources.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
We use essential cookies and local storage to save your preferences, such as theme choice (Dark Mode) or cookie banner acceptance. These are technically necessary for the functioning of the website (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies without your explicit consent.
4. Payment and Customer Data
When purchasing a license, we collect and process the information provided (Email, Name, Billing Address) to fulfil our contractual obligations (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR). Payment processing is handled by third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). These providers process your payment details securely; we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. This data is stored strictly until the end of legal retention periods (e.g., tax/commercial law requirements).
5. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your stored data free of charge (Art. 15).
- Request correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16).
- Request deletion ("Right to be forgotten") of your data (Art. 17).
- Restrict the processing of your data (Art. 18).

Terms of Service & EULA (AGB)
By purchasing and using subdomain.services, you agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions:
1. Scope of the License
The software may only be used within the scope of the purchased license. The Regular License grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the software on one production environment. Any attempt to bypass license verification (cracking, nulling) will result in immediate and permanent termination of the license.
2. Digital Goods and Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
Since subdomain.services is a digital download/software script, the B2C European Right of Withdrawal expires prematurely once the download or execution of the digital content has begun with your prior express consent. For B2B customers, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
3. Prohibited Activities
The use of subdomain.services for illegal activities, including but not limited to spamming, phishing, hosting malicious content, botnets, or violating intellectual property rights, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke licenses for such violations without refund.
4. Limitation of Liability (Haftungsbeschränkung)
We provide the software "as is" and without warranty of continuous operation. We are fully liable for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages resulting from intent (Vorsatz) or gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit). For slight negligence, we are only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten), limited to foreseeable, typical damages. Any further liability for data loss or loss of profit is excluded. The user is strictly responsible for maintaining their own server security, API key secrecy, and regular database backups.
5. Ownership and Copyright
GoMaKe UG / Subdomain LTD retains all ownership and copyright of the core software and source code. The licensee receives a right to use, not an ownership of the original intellectual property. Reselling the bare source code, repackaging, or selling the license keys on marketplaces or to third parties without an active SaaS wrapper is strictly prohibited.
